DESCRIPTION:The GAA will be holding its inaugural meeting (open to all JAA and PAA members\, as well as any other attorney/candidate who wishes to become a member of the GAA/PAA/JAA) on 29 August 2018 at the Protea Hotel in Midrand. \nThis is set to be a prestigious event with a distinguished line up of engaging speakers\, including the Honourable Judge President of the Johannesburg and Pretoria High Court\, J Dunstan Mlambo and Mr Pieter de Bruyn from the Association for the Protection of Road Accident Victims who will be discussing the possible constitutional challenges faced by the RABS Bill/Act. DESCRIPTION:Due to extreme and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we have had to reschedule our Company Law seminar scheduled for the 21st of May 2019. The Gauteng Attorneys’ Association would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and will of course refund any monies to parties who request as such. \nWe have secured a new date for the 26th of June 2019. The event is headlined by the same guest speaker\, Mr. Michael Katz and will still be hosted at the ENS auditorium between 11:00 am and 13:00 pm. The cost per delegate is R600-00 and those interested in attending should kindly RSVP to info@gaa.org.za before the 22nd of June 2019.
