Magistrates Court in Johannesburg: Guidelines for court operation in line with the resolution of the Provincial Efficiency Enhancement Committee.

This office is aware of the rapid rise of cases of Covid-19, especially in Gauteng. Of importance are the measures to be taken to avoid the spread of this virus. Having taken cognizance of the Directives issued by the Chief Justice on 17 March 2020 and the Gauteng PEEC Resolution of 20 March 2020 guidelines have been issued.
