Invitation to attend Electronic Deeds Registration System Project Stakeholder Engagement: 30 November 2018

The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform is embarking upon the development of an Electronic Deeds Registration System that is given effect by the EDRS Bill that provides for the development, establishment and maintenance of an electronic deeds registration system for the purpose of preparation, lodgement, registration, execution and storing of deeds and documents.

The Department invites all practicing conveyancers in the Gauteng Province to a stakeholder engagement meeting to be held as follows:
