Chantelle is a Partner of HBGSchindlers and the lead practitioner of the Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, PFMA and Procurement, Municipal Law department. She specialises in all areas of commercial and residential property practice and litigation, including municipal property law, public and administrative and constitutional law relating to property, community scheme matters, evictions, general property management and property-owning enterprise management, as well as property holding restructuring, insolvency and credit security.
Chantelle is a member of the Johannesburg Attorneys’ Association, the Pretoria Attorneys’ Association, Gauteng Attorneys’ Association, NADEL Johannesburg and a council member of the Gauteng Legal Practice Council. Chantelle is also an accredited Arbitrator by AFSA Pretoria.
Chantelle is a vocal advocate of pro bono work and works on many different pro bono and community upliftment matters with various organisations. She is also passionate about teaching and lecturing, and often lectures and runs training programs/sessions for legal practitioners with various different organisations. Chantelle has authored numerous academic pieces.
