Resolution of the Gauteng Provincial Efficiency Enhancement Committee in light of COVID-19

Below kindly find the resolution that was passed at the PEEC meeting on 20 March 2020. These are measures that PEEC have resolved to adopt until the courts are properly equipped with the health and safety materials referred to in the Chief Justice’s directive or until the 14th April 2020. The situation will be reviewed by the PEEC on the 27th March 2020 and periodically thereafter – certainly until 14th April 2020.
