Wynand Pretorius is one of the founding members of Scheepers Pretorius Inc., a reputable law firm situated in Roodepoort, Randburg and Cape Town.

Wynand obtained his LLB degree from the North West University, Potchefstroom. He was admitted as an attorney of the North Gauteng High Court in 2014. He attends to general litigation which includes, however not limited to Commercial Law, Family Law, Property Law and also Criminal Law.

Throughout his career he gained valuable knowledge in all areas of the law and is able to assist with all legal needs. He further has his right of appearance in the High court.

Wynand has completed numerous courses and training provided by the Legal Education and Development (LEAD) and the Law Society of South Africa which from the outset places him ahead of his opposition.

He has served as an executive committee member of the West Rand Legal Practitioners Association (WLPA) since 2023 and assist with the Roodepoort and Randburg Magistrates Court Liaison committee. He is further responsible for the social events organised by the WLPA.  Wynand was elected to serve as an executive member of the Gauteng Attorney Association for the year 2026.
