Nicolette de Witt has been an admitted attorney of the high court for in excess of 21 years (since 3 August 2000). In March 2023 Nicolette was co-opted to the Executive Committee of the Pretoria Attorneys Association (“PAA”) where she has been serving since then as the head of the High Court Committee. She sits on the EEC (efficiency enhancement committee) for the Pretoria and Johannesburg High Courts and also recently presented a seminar hosted by the PAA on the latest consolidated Gauteng Practice Directive 1 of 2024, which came into effect on 26 February 2024. Nicolette is Co-Secretary of the Gauteng Attorneys Association.
