The Legal Practice Council: Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners and Candidate Legal Practitioners and Juristic Entities

The code of conduct for all Legal Practitioners, Candidate Legal Practitioners and Juristic Entities has come into effect from the 29^th of March 2019, issued in government gazette 42337 Notice 168 of 2019 as corrected in Notice 198 of 2019 government gazette 42364.

Practitioners should note that the Legal Practice Council has adopted this code of conduct.
